The Encyclopedia of Global Success of Polonia and Poles is a unique digital platform that gathers the stories of people, their biographies, and accounts of successes, challenges, and resilience. Each story becomes a bridge between generations—preserving the experiences of families, friends, and communities—while at the same time inspiring younger generations to take action.
Every entry in the Encyclopedia serves as recognition for individuals who have supported the creation of the Center for Polish Diaspora Leaders, leaving their lasting mark on the global history of Poles and Polonia. To be included in the Encyclopedia is not only to honour one’s achievements but also to take part in shaping our shared legacy.

Mission

The mission of the project is to systematically collect, document, and share the stories of the successes of Poles and the Polish diaspora, while also creating an educational and cultural space that nurtures the development of future leaders. This task encompasses not only preserving achievements in science, culture, technology, business, and social activity but also uniting Poles worldwide, building a global network of cooperation, and honouring individuals and institutions that actively support the creation of the Center for Polish Diaspora Leaders—making it a lasting monument of shared heritage and solidarity.

Vision

The vision of the project is to build a living, accessible platform that documents and celebrates the contributions of Poles and Polonia to the world’s progress. Each entry becomes a bridge between the past, present, and future—preserving personal and family stories as part of national heritage, promoting Poland and Polonia internationally, and inspiring future generations toward courage, creativity, and responsible action.

Why is the creation of the “Encyclopedia of Global Success …” important?

Preserving Polish heritage and contributions internationally

Many outstanding Poles and members of the diaspora have achieved successes that had a global impact, yet their stories remain little known. The Encyclopedia will ensure their contributions are documented and made available to future generations.
